Registration & Verification

Simplified onboarding with email verification, profile scoring, Google Calendar meeting scheduling, and admin-driven company verification.

Authentication

  • Registration collects First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password only
  • Mandatory email OTP verification before account access

Profile Completion

  • Post-login profile builder modelled on Naukri-style progressive disclosure
  • Profile Completion Score updates in real time as sections are filled
  • Score reaches 100% only when all required fields are complete

Verification Flow

  • At 100% profile score, user / company can schedule a verification meeting
  • Meeting scheduling integrated with Google Calendar
  • Admin reviews the meeting and verifies or rejects the profile via the Admin Panel

Job Management

  • Verified companies gain access to the Job Management module
  • Verified companies can create and publish job postings on the platform

Notifications

  • Weekly automated email reminders sent to incomplete profiles via Celery Beat
